Alsons Development and Investment Corporation (Alsons Dev) proudly introduces its latest commercial development, Poblacion Market Central. Strategically located along C. Bangoy Street, in the former location of the Madrazo Fruit Stand, between the crossroads of old downtown Davao and the city’s new CBD, this new commercial development is set to enhance the local dining and shopping scene.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of our lives, including our way of learning. Students are now expected to continue their education from home and answer modules without the physical presence of a teacher, which may result in stress and burnout. Hoping to reduce this, Alsons Dev gifted the children of Brgy. 4-A, Davao City with art materials to enable the kids to have a creative outlet.

As part of the company’s commitment to provide support to those in need, Alsons Dev organized relief efforts in order to mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic to the vulnerable sectors.

The spirit of giving inspired this year’s company Christmas party. Instead of the usual elaborate celebration, a simple checkered-theme gathering was held at The Club Pavilion at Northtown in Cabantian, Davao City for all employees last December 17.

On March 11, 2019, Alsons Dev signed a joint venture agreement (JVA) with CentralHub Industrial Centers Inc. for a 6.2-hectare industrial warehouse complex in Alsons Dev’s property in Barangay Lasang, Davao City.

As part of the company’s mission to advocate the importance of education, Alsons Development and Investment Corporation (Alsons Dev) organized parent mentoring sessions last January 29 and 30, 2018.
