Ladislawa Garden Village is Alsons Dev’s 62-hectare flagship residential development in Buhangin, Davao City. Launched in 1974, it was named after the Alcantara family matriarch, Mrs. Ladislawa I. Alcantara, who was known for her love of flowers and plants.
As Davao City’s first gated and themed residential community, it set the standard for residential developments in the city and paved the way for subsequent premium neighborhoods. It is also the first development to introduce country club amenities and sports facilities within a residential setting, providing shared spaces for recreation and community activities.
Following the success of Ladislawa Garden Village, Alsons Dev launched Woodridge Park in 1994. Located in Ma-a, Davao City, this 42-hectare nature-themed residential community is defined by tree-lined streets and a network of parks and open spaces distributed throughout the development.
Woodridge Park is also complemented by a full range of recreational amenities, including a community clubhouse, tennis courts, a multi-purpose gym, and a swimming pool. These shared spaces encourage interaction and help build a sense of community among residents.
Nestled along the ridges of Ma-a, Davao City, Las Terrazas is a 60-hectare ridge development launched in 1996. It is regarded as among the city’s most exclusive residential addresses, defined by wide road networks, generous lot cuts, and elevated views of Davao Gulf, Samal Island, and the northern valleys of the city.

Fernwood is a 7-hectare residential development in Toril, Davao City, inaugurated in 2007. Designed as a weekend residential community, it is a low-density neighborhood with only 86 residential lots. Situated at the foothills of Mt. Talomo, Fernwood enjoys a naturally cool climate and expansive views of the surrounding landscape.
The community features open parks, playgrounds, and a pavilion designed by Leandro V. Locsin Partners.
Situated along Davao City’s Diversion Road near Woodridge Park, Wood Lane Residences is a two-hectare Asian Contemporary-themed development. Launched in 2010, it is a low-density residential community comprising only 77 homes.
The development offers convenient access to nearby business centers, schools, churches, and other key destinations within the city. It is also complemented by The Shoppes at Wood Lane, a commercial strip that provides access to everyday services and conveniences.
Following the success of Fernwood, Alsons Dev launched Eden Ridge in 2014 as its second weekend home community in Toril, Davao City.
This 9-hectare Asian Tropical-themed residential development features a clubhouse with a spacious veranda and lanai; a village park with a gazebo, children’s playground, zipline, basketball half court, and mini soccer field; and linear parks with fitness stations, a community garden, and jogging and biking paths.
Northtown Residences is a highly commended residential community located within Northtown, Alsons Dev’s master-planned township in Davao City. Since its launch in 2013, the development has expanded into five residential phases.
At the heart of the community is The Club, a 2.5-hectare clubhouse complex featuring function halls, resort-style swimming pool, basketball court, outdoor tennis court, badminton courts, and a soccer field.
