Three hundred sets of coverall suits were delivered to SPMC last April 14.

The COVID-19 crisis has greatly affected the lives of many all over the world. It has taken a toll on people’s lives especially the vulnerable sectors of society such as the health care workers and the economically disadvantaged.

As part of the company’s commitment to provide support to those in need, Alsons Dev organized relief efforts in order to mitigate the effects of the pandemic to the vulnerable sectors.

One of our major beneficiaries is Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) and its front liners. Alsons Dev and Alsons Dev employees, through the Alsons Dev Employees Fund (AEF), donated coverall suits and face shields for the health care workers of SPMC. The company also provided a PUI quarantine tent and 10 sacks of rice for the institution.

In response to the needs of our neighboring communities, Alsons Dev also donated packed goods to the residents of Brgy. 4-A, Davao City.

The staff of Kap. Rogelio A. Nocom received packed goods for the volunteers and barangay tanods of Brgy. 4-A.

Our Sarangani and Gensan Operations office also turned over disposable face masks to support the front liners in the construction and infrastructure sector of Alabel, Sarangani Province.

Richlie Lyndon Magtulis, AGM for Sarangani and Alabel Operations, turned over disposable face masks to DPWH Sarangani District Engineer Jonathan Bantug.

Although this crisis requires us to stay apart for some time, it has also united us as we lent a helping hand to those around us. Alsons Dev remains steadfast in its mission to help those in need in the best way we can.
