PROJECT ENGINEER
- Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
- Preferably but not a Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least five (5) years valued and actual hands-on experience in various phases of construction in supervisory capacity
- Preferably with working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Must possess valid driving skills and a driver’s license
- Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Office, and Word)
- Review architectural and engineering (A&E) plans and drawings, including related engineering reports and studies
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, construction schedules, and programs of works (Project-to-Life)
- Assist in various site verification surveys to evaluate engineering plans
- Prepare and evaluate Weekly Physical Accomplishment Reports (WPAR) for each contract and submit project status/health reports
