Accounting Assistant (Accounts Receivable)
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or a related course from a reputable college or university, with good scholastic records
- At least one (1) year of experience in bookkeeping work in the real estate industry
- Computer literate, with knowledge of accounting system programs
- Trustworthy; has good interpersonal skills and can work with less supervision
- Aligns with the organization’s shared values
Financial Planning Assistant
- Graduate of BS Accountancy from a reputable college or university, with good scholastic records
- At least two (2) years of experience in accounting-related work in a real estate business or other industries
- Computer literate and with knowledge of accounting systems or programs
- Has good analytical, leadership, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Trustworthy; can work under pressure and with less supervision

Property Management Head
- Licensed Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer
- At least six (6) years of experience in land development operations, preferably in a supervisory role, covering vertical construction, property administration, and maintenance
- Experience in mall operations, commercial property management, or retail development is preferred
- Proficient in basic computer applications, with working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer relations skills

Property Management Supervisor
- Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical course; with good scholastic records
- PRC license preferred but not required
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in property or village management
- Familiarity with residential regulations and local government processes in Davao City
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and property management tools
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Conduct regular site visits across assigned residential communities.

Project Engineer
- Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering and a Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience, hands-on experience in various phases of construction, including experience in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of project management, estimation, and quantity surveying (QS) works
- Proficient in MS Office and preferably with working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and driving skills.

Technical Operations Group Head
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering and a Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least 15 years in real estate construction management of which 10 years in a managerial capacity Ability to oversee Engineering and Construction Departments in all stages of construction project/s and deliver output according to schedule
- Ability to provide technical expertise for new and existing projects
- Computer literate
- With a valid driver’s license and driving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure
