Set along Diversion Road, one of Davao City’s major thoroughfares, The Shoppes at Wood Lane is a 100-meter commercial strip strategically located to serve the needs of nearby residential communities. It provides a convenient and accessible space for essential services and everyday lifestyle needs within a growing neighborhood.
Poblacion Market Central is Davao City’s vibrant hub for cultural shopping and dining, located along C. Bangoy St. in the Poblacion District (in the former location of the Madrazo Fruit Stand). Fusing heritage with modern convenience, it is home to the beloved Aldevinco shops, along with a diverse mix of local brands, artisanal finds, and essential services.
Northtown Center is a nine-hectare mixed-use development within Northtown, Davao City. Envisioned to serve both township residents and nearby communities, it brings together everyday conveniences, community support facilities, and residential enclaves within a single address.
Designed with walkability in mind, Northtown Center features a central pedestrian network that enables easy movement across key features, such as CityMall Northtown, a neighborhood retail mall, as well as commercial blocks that are currently being activated as venues for events and recreational activities while awaiting future locators.
Anchoring the development is a fully integrated public safety and security facility that houses police, fire, and emergency response services in one location. Built and donated by Alsons Dev to the City Government of Davao, this facility serves both township residents and surrounding communities.
